What is a stationery box?
• A stationery box is simply a box filled with stationery items that the team at StatioBox love and adore. We want stationery to be a fun and exciting thing; not a boring one. That's why the team at StatioBox have designed a way in which you can receive all your favourite stationery items in one box.

• The price is currently set at £12.99 (RRP). However, this is subject to change in the future.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
• Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product - StatioBox will not be accepting returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with the box(es), please feel free to email us and we will try our best to assist you with the issue.
Refunds are only available for packages with tracking that have gone missing or are otherwise undeliverable. After contacting us and filing a claim, we can process a refund or replacement.
•Orders without tracking are non-refundable as it’s not possible to confirm the delivery status.
How can I cancel my order?
•Feel free to send us an email in order to cancel your order. Please note: Once we have shipped your order out, we cannot offer a refund due to the nature of the product.
When will my parcel arrive?
• If you are ordering from Europe, you can expect the parcel to be with you between 1-2 weeks after it has been shipped. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected, and the estimated two to four weeks for delivery is an average for all the countries we ship to in the world. Packages can sometimes take up to six weeks to arrive, and in rare cases even longer. If this does happen, we ask you to be patient and understand that once it has been shipped, it is out of our control. However, if you do have any issues with your delivery - please do not hesitate to contact us via email ([email protected])
What are your processing times?
• Because we are a new business, we have to take time with each order to ensure that nothing is missing; so the processing time to prepare your order will be between 3-4 days. Rest assured, as time goes on - the processing time will be shorter.
Can I order just one box?
• Yes. You'll be able to order one box, and even more if you'd like.
Will you ship to my country?
• Yes, StatioBox will be shipping internationally. This means that it can be shipped overseas.
I received a customs charge, what should I do?
• Unfortunately, if you have received a customs charge; we will not be able to do anything about it as it's out of our hands.
My stationery box never arrived, what now?
• We highly urge international orders to use tracked shipping (to do this, remember to email us in advance). Whilst we understand that the tracked option may be a bit expensive, we would like you all to receive your products without any difficulty.
What payment methods do you offer?
• As of now, we offer Stripe only. However, this is subject to change in the future. We accept all cards, including Visa, Mastercard, etc. We do not accept cash, vouchers, or checks.
